If you stumble upon my blog you find a trail of memoirs, events, thoughts. Some hit upon, some stumble and fall off still into the posts. Now, what's hit me is another new topic that keeps my eyes strained into blogging. I dont have to rack my brains. Since the trail of words flow in all directions from the fore brain to whole brain, as I write about my eight years old love:- my favorite camera.
The latest technology has so cleverly designed newer gizmos and captured people minds. An constant hammering to the mind for continual changes and up gradations. So it seems Change is easy. Does it?
If nothing ever changed there would be no butter flies- Author Unknown.

| Interesting. A newer gadget that enters the market shoots into your mind next. And by chance in your hands at times. |
I see everyday around my husband his laptop, Apple i-phone for personal use, BlackBerry for office use, Apple i-pad.. Uhh. At times yes, I imagine these gadgets creeping around me all set to swallow me. Applied to me change is easy may be, but if we cannot change ourselves, we can change the way we look at it! Only my perceptions. You will read me through this to an extent.
The purchased of this Canon Digital Camera it was, a moment, she filled all our surroundings with so much thrill. All that wanted me part of our memoir came in digital format for us. Most special moments were when my daughter was born. We captured allmost too many of her activities through this cam. Memoir to peek through years later. Which is workingout now. However in these years, the entry of Sony Handy Cam or the grand SLR into my home still did not influence my 8 year old love for my canon digital camera. I have her ready with me for the precious clicks and thus has shaped into an important part of me. Listing some events that I captured may not be very interesting for you all to read perhaps they yet are precious in my albums. If I could mention one such example. I had my camera handy when my grand father spent good moments with my daughter and I have one million dollar picture of my memoirs captured through this camera which was an instant action possible sicne it was that handy.
Forgive me for one partial statement of Gender Stereotype where I lable my camera as "her". I liked it that way. Huh, may be the thought of labelling the cam as "him" scared me a bit. As for now she finds new home in my "Hand Bag". My passion in clicking interesting photography has stepped another milestone ahead. I can now capture a crawling ant at my door step. Take off of a flight from traffic signal! Instantaneous.
Change has been a constant factor for my career. And majorly to life too where we constantly tend to change our views, plans, ideals for better, each day. But the influence of this remains only on inhibitions for emotions and not highly in changing interests into newer and newer gadgets. I upgrade, I think different before I grab a new to discard a old. Old is gold after all:-)
Just to ensure my readers aren't singing off being pestered I declare I sign off with cheers as I dedicate this post to the blogging contest sponsored by Dell Inspiron on the most popular website Indiblogger.

Old is indeed gold, you know. And "her?" That's perfectly logical. For many reasons one can think of. ;)
